    Toshiba MAR-F102 HTM8-PE VRV Issues...

    Hi Guys,

    Wonder if you can help.

We had very little time on site today, but here's what we found.

System not running, switched off and then on. Made noises like it was going to run, condenser fan started then stopped. Nothing further, no compressors running etc.

It serves 8 large rooms, but could only get into two, and took the following fault codes..

    03 07 01.1d
    041c 01.1d

There are 3 boards in the unit....

Interface (nothing on the led displays - all dead)

mcc 1251 - the inverter control board

    mcc 1252-04?

The two smaller boards are connected with a ribbon cable. If you disconnect this and restart, the fixed speed comp will run for 5 mins, off for 5, on for 5 etc...

When you reconnect the boards, the unit will not run.

Any ideas would be great. Never worked on a Toshiba vrf before.

    G.....

Your fault is the 1d code, locked rota / high current.
Generally linked to mechanically locked compressor
