We buy them in, rather inexpensively.

What is the cost for this plenum Marc?
Estimate price for a plenum for a line grill of +/- 5 ft long ,10 inch heigh, 10 inch width.

That's the price for the plenum as can be seen in the picture you posted? Isolated?
We can make it for +/- 60 to 70 Euro or 40 £. (Rough estimate)

I don't like the flexible insulated ducts.

Plenums are real cheap here, made of plastic, almost unlimited combinations of flexible hoses, they also come with a metal mesh for even air flow.

I still Prefer the insulated metal sheet ducts.

It's a common practice here.
Why don't you like them Chemi?
It's going fast, they're isolated, if proper sized almost no noise, rather cheap,....
Can you mail an adress of a manufacturer or wholesaler of th plastic ducts.
What about isolation, static voltage on the plastic tubes, ...
How can the mesh make an even airflow? We use for this constant volume regulators.

Here soem of us make it themselves , the others buy it , it coasts about 40 USD + 10% VAT , as for flexible insulated duct , it's widely used ... quick install and low price

40 $ for what Botrous? Sheetmetal ducts? and +/- what dimensions.
