Carrier Split Type

Hi There,

Is there anybody could give me an advise what would be the root cause of our Carrier split Type Aircon 5TR. We have 46 unit Carrier split type in our plant, after the commissioning we encountered 4 unit all 5TR's which the compressor are rondomly busted. Now the supplier already replaced 4 times in a row. We already replaced the whole ourdoor unit but the problem still recurring.

hi mik, how long is the pipe run , are the units with the duff compessors farther away than the ones that are ok?

yes monkey spanners, I have seen many a balls ups with that , but I was thinking in this job many units they arnt all going to bethe same meters away and a lot of contractors put these units where ever they can and lots of times they are more than the recemended meterage conclusion= the compressors are not getting oil return
