York YDAJ gsi chiller display system hanged. no any button functioning, and cannot getting any information.(chiller is working properly)
Display board replaced and checked, but the situation is still the same. Pl give a solution.

check ribbon cable which connecting display board to processor board.replace that.

it might be the trouble of Power supply board.check the voltage from power supply board J3 terminal,it should be 12VDC healthy.and also check the J1,J6 terminal from processor board,wire loose or misplaced.

i think there should also be a 5vdc test point on the board, check this also. This problem can(although rare) be caused by a faulty transducer or sensor.

To add to the above excellent advise!
Check if the control panel emergency stop device. Or any remote emergency stop devices are off?

The problem solved by replace the key pad. Thanks to all.
