Any Quick Approach to oad calculation
My boss is a little bit rushing recently to get the load estimation for a medium size hospital project.
I 'm looking for a quick method which does not require a bundle of schedule and calculation formula to obtain my loading estimation.
What I have been known so far is using a short cut formula
CFM=(Volume of air conditioned space x 10 ACH)/ 60 min
But I dont know how to go on with this formula to get the required tonage and total loading capacity in BTU/Hr.

For a hospital there are no short cuts, do the job properly.

Re: Any Quick Approach to oad calculation
Hi
For the Hospital project we should keep air change rate 20-25(For Dry Blub temp 22-24dc) then,Your law begin
CFM=(Volume of air conditioned space x 25 ACH)/ 60 min
Here 25-30% fresh air must require of total room supply.Permissible Room noise is 20-25db.
other things are as normal as other projects.Best of the luck.
Thanks
