    This is why you should change your filter driers...

    This is a photograph of the inside of a suction line on an R-22 hydro-chiller plant. Apparently they have a broken chiller that has been leaking water into the refrigerant side... I was told that the operating engineers got tired of changing the filter drier cores so they just stopped putting them in the housing instead of finding out why they were plugging up in the first place!
