Help Needed, E-mail Fault

Hi Guys,

I have started getting a problem when e-mailing attachments and hope somebody out there has come accross it and can help.

First the basics, Running Windows ME and outlook express 5.

Now the problem:-

E-mailing fine when sending just a normal e-mail all ok but when i attach something it ends up sending the e-mail four times. It comes up sending message 1/4 then 2/4 and so on.
If i send two attachents then it sends 7
Needless to say by the time it sends them then virus scans them it takes hours.

Any ideas anyone.

First, download OE 6. Its free and working much better.

Other people will suggest you to use another mail software but I would strongly suggest that if you work with windows, use their programmes.

I didn't see anything in my attachment instructions that indicate something about numbers of times.

If, after running OE 6 you still have problems, get into www.microsoft.com they can be very helpful,
