R22 TO R417a retrofite

Hi gays
I retrofit a marine DAIKIN pakage a/c unit model USG2 R22 TO R417a
For 3 days it was working perfectly. Unexpected the hermetic compressor it was burned Model rc70YEN-R3
rotary type . So i cut the compressor Fund inside clean oil,compressor side in good working condition.
Electrik side burned electrik condactor in good condition any sirius idea why burned??
