Hello everyone,I am just really getting frustrated about this particular air cooled chiller.It keeps coming up with condenser pump maintenance fault which is rubbish as I said its air cooled.I just think its a wrong configeration but according to McQuay they can reset it and obviously charge something really stupid.I have tried to reset it manually but it keeps coming back.I appreciate its not actually having any effect on the chiller but the client want it resolved as its showing on the bms.

Call McQuay Service and get the software upgraded, then the problem will be gone. There's plenty of tricks to get around the problem but eventually it will come back.
