Energy efficiency programme
One of the guys i work with was asked by one of our clients if we have a programme that he has seen from another company.
From what i gathered this programme you would do a survey of the Air conditioning equipment in the building and this programme could estimate the running costs and could also suggest an alternate system that could save you money on your energy bills, it even suggests certain systems that would work well in which rooms and gives details on them.
All leading to a new more efficient system and even gives a rough payback time.
It gives readouts with graphs and charts that can be given to the customer who could decide if it would benefit them to install a new system and how long it would take to pay for itself.
Obviously there would have to be a lot of information input into the programme but does anyone know of a programme like this?
The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits.

These are probably a bit too basic for what you need. Basically, they measure and record the energy being used by an appliance over a period of time. When you are done measuring (say after a week) you plug them in to your computer and it gives you graphs and reports on energy consumption and how much it has cost to run the system in tht week.
