    Calculation of Heat Transfer Coefficient

    Hi
I want to design a Heat Exchanger i.e. Condenser .

    Subcooling is 8.3 K
    Condensing Temp 54.4 Deg C
Ambient Temp is 38 Deg C

So Temp Difference is (54.4-8)-38=8.4 Deg C
    Heat Rejection is 13.5 KW.
Copper Tube OD is 3/8" and Thikness is 0.08mm.
Fan air flow is 1.44 m3/s at 50kpa Pressure Drop .
Tube Triangular pitch is 25.4 mm
and Horizontal pitch is 22 mm.

Please suggest How can i get U value for this .

Visit the CoolIt software site & purchase their condenser design program. http://www.coolit.co.za/software.htm

It's excellent & doesn't cost much at all.
