Icecold issue
Hi sirs
I've heard that Icecold (one kind of additive) can improve air conditioner energy efficiency by 20%. 1 ounce per USRT adding to the existing refrigeration system. Anybody here have used it or know more about it?

If it was that good every manufacturer would use it.

Re: Icecold issue
there was some additive for car air conditioners that supposedly made a unit "colder" esp a retrofitted R-12 system..
in effect all the additive did was eat up the moisture in the system so there were less non condensable parts in the system....
so in effect it only would return an improperly retro-fit system to what it shouldve been had the job been done properly...
