Help with pressure relief valve for cold storage

Hi Everybody:

I'm going to install a little cold storage with following characteristics:

• Inside temperature -20ºC
• Outside temperatura +32ºC
• Volume of the cold storage: 139m^3
• Prefabricated insulating panels of poliuretane e=150mm

I don't know if i should to install a pressure relief valve on the wall i 've instaled this for large cold storage but i don't sure if this valve is necesary for this little cold storage. someboby can give me an advice.
