Zanussi ZNB 3850 Fridge warm, freezer cold

I seem to have a common problem. This morning my 2.5 year old Zanussi ZNB 3850 Fridge-Freezer had a fridge temperature of 16 degrees celsius (i.e warm!) and a normal freezer temperature of -20 degrees celsius. Freezer seems to operate normally but the fridge will not cool down. The compressor switches on and off and gets pretty warm (not sure if abnormal). I can feel a very warm spot on the lower back panel of the fridge. Interestingly the high temperature symbol mentioned in the manual does not appear. Defrost water drain is not blocked. What can I do? Please help!

    My Recommendations,

    1. Switch off the unit for 3~4 hrs
    2. After that Check for Eva Fan Running OK ????

Run the unit and if again problem faced then get bk to us.

    Thanks

Thanks. Have switched the unit off and will let you know what happens when I turn it back on.
