heavy duty industrial ammonia refrigeration
I do not know the wet bulb temp but i managed to get the readings on
the 132KW Screw gas compressor we currently usimg and they are as follows;
suction temperature -1ºC and discharge temperature 63ºC.
Equivalent suction temp is -21ºC. Suction pressure 0.9 bars and
discharge pressure 10.3 bars. The issue here is that we have an
ammonia refrigeration plant which maintains perfectors at a temp of
-21ºC for the manufacture of margarine, butter , paffex. The plant is
currently run by two compressors, a HOWDEN 132 KW rotary screw gas
compressor and a GRASSO 75KW reciprocating gas compressor, so we want to
replace these two compressors by one rotary screw compressor that can
maintain the same temps.So we want a 225 KW (300Hp) rotary screw
compressor. May you quote me a 300Hp rotary screw gas compressor or
any screw gas compressor that is suitable for this.
Kind regards
Munya
