R600 Bottle Stand????

Hi, im trying to source a bottle stand which will screw onto an r600 canister.

really struggling to find one but need it to charge up the system as a liquid.

to measure it on scales i need a stand to support the bottle.

any ideas?

Hi

I know what you mean,the way I got round it was to crab a bucket from the store I was working in, stick bottle in bucket and zero scales.I did think of getting some 5/8 copper and coil it so bottle would sit inside the braze on some stabilizing legs.That on my list of things to do.

You used to be able to get stands for MAPP gas bottles when using snake hoses.

Would that fit ?

edit: How about bending up some metal coat hangers?

thanks for all your input. i'm considering going for a larger bottle of r600 which has a nossle protective surround at the top. i should be able to use this to balance the bottle. thanks again. Tony
