Hi Roshankhan.
Close circuit chilled water systems should tested regularily for PH balance, to stop cathodic corrossion ( effectively a big battery )the corrossion is from the inside.
Talk to your cooling tower water treatment people, they will have all the chemicals required.
Probably a flush out every 12 months as well.
