hi ,am asking about the possibility of designing an evaporative aircondition in small size and wear it under shirts !! iam thinking about it as a project for my last year

I think this has been done before. Jenson Button has something like this that he wears to all the Grand Prix´s in hot countries. No idea who makes them or anything but maybe do a search on that and you may get some ideas.

A tech way of doings this is using a Vortex tube and small distribution pipes around the suit, using remote compressor air source.
