Total Heat Rejection
Someone can help/guide me how to calculate the heat rejection for Air-cooled chiller.

Umm, cooling load plus motor power if in circuit.

The heat rejected at the condenser will be equal to the heat absorbed at the evaporator plus the heat of compression, if the system is in balance.
So, to answer your question, you must first calculate the heat absorbed (cooling load) and then add the heat of compression.
