    R22 -> nh3

    Looking to convert a large cold storage (60k#) R22 system to an NH3 system. Can anyone recommend a A&E firm on the east coast? Preferrably in PA/NY/NJ

    Webber Smith probably the most obvious. But if you are looking to team an Engineer with a Contractor to get the actual conversion undertaken in a more direct fashion, presuming the Architecture portion is not dominant: contact Jack Piho.

    I would not recommend an A&E firm. I would suggest talking to Jack first and then go from there.

    A&E firms typically deal with new systems, you want someone who has been around the block and dealt with issues on older existing systems.
    If all else fails, ask for help.
