can anyone help

i have a processing room with dimension:

5.7 x 4.8 x 2.4 mtrH, no machine inside just 4 people. But the wall are all bricks. the problem is can't seem to lower the temperature to 10 C. only get 17 C, we installed 4 hp. Does the compressor undersize?

What is air flow of unit and DB and WB air in and out temperatures?
What is make and model# of refrigeration system.

you can use HT refrigeration system *** you should use with CPR on it.
Also you can use air conditioner package
4 hp should be OK.

the wall, floor, ceiling are all made of bricks ( no insulation or what so ever ). dimension is 5.7 x 4.8 x 2.4 mtrH. for number of openings, actually the room was tried to run 12 am in morning till 4 am. so no person inside. it can only reach 17 C room temp. air flow = 4000 cum/hr.

what was before ? after 4 hr comes to 17 . if it was warm ( arround area ) it is normaly to take time to cool down for first time.

with full operation ( 4 people inside ),the room temp is only 20 to 22 C.
