refrigeration electronics course
Has anyone ever taken a refrigeation electronics course or know where i could take one.
Theres a few people on here that i know of e.g Paul and Nike, that understand a lot about electronics and rather then just order a new board for example can pinpoint the specific component that has failed.
These days electronics are a very big part of air conditioning especially on VRV/F's and i feel this is something i need to learn more about.

Re: refrigeration electronics course
after finishing my fridge courses i looked into electrical courses in refrigeration but none were suitable for fault finding/diagnosing on refrigeration and a/c. the only courses were to do with electrical installations on houses.

Can recommend the BTEC NC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, covers all the basics, I found the Maths to be a wake up call after being out of education for a while!

Re: refrigeration electronics course
The college that I attended have stopped doing it now, but there are loads of colleges providing that course, it lasted 2 years, I attended 1 day per week, contact Edexcel if you want to find your closest college.
