Insolation of horizontal Tank
Dear Friends
How should be insolated the saddle of a horinzoltal tank (ammoniac separator) which will work at -35ēC.??
The tank´s volumen is 10 m3
The application is even worst because the zone where the tank will be located is a very sismic .
We want to suggest polyuretane 40 kg/m3
Thanks for yours comments

Re: Insolation of horizontal Tank
You can use a saddle with a thermal break such as Oak wood or a plastic to rest the vessel on. Several ways to do this.
Or you can make the legs longer and insulate down the legs.
