flake ice machine
halo everybody.....im new here...
normally flake ice machine evaporator temperature in malaysia is -25deg c ..... can i make it -45deg c to increase production.....

At -45 deg c evap temp , production will be lower as system capacity falls .
For higher production , evap temp should be same but put an additional unit . Lowering temp does not help

Geneglace sells same cylinder with different capacities, they only decrease evaporating temperature.
What sort of ice generator do you have?
Evaporating at -45°C is extremely inefficient, you will even run below atmospheric pressure with all the common refrigerants.It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
