Zanussi Fridge-Freezer stopped working

Please help me urgently!!!

I have a Zanussi ZNB3850S Fridge-Freezer (bought about 2 yrs + ago). The freezer alarm was going this morning but the cancel button on the display panel didn't work. After holding it down for about 5 seconds the whole display went blank, and since then both the fridge and freezer sections have stopped working (no longer hearing the motor running).

Have powered on / off both on the display panel and at the mains but this has made no difference. The light in the fridge still works ok.

Please help me as all my food has started to defrost.
