    Capacity Calculation for Deep Freeze cold store



    Can any body help me out in working out the capacity of my deep freeze cold storage of size 74' x 71' and hight of 24'. It will be used for storage of frozen Fruits and vegetables at -20C. Here the condensing temp is + 38 C.
    Also plz suggest me whether I should go for ***** based compressor or Ammonia Based system. however I already have NH3 system in place for other storage chambers.

    Hi,
    you will need to go to the load calculation of the stored product at given condition .
    Regarding use of nh3 or ***** , it will depend pon many factors . Since on a small note , it will be difficult to evaluate & decide qiestions you have posed

    then you should go again with NH3... no doubt..
