Re: Dead load & live load for PU Panels
Only the manufacturer of the panels can give you those via tests they've done unless it's a concrete floor.
It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

Re: Dead load & live load for PU Panels
All the upper layer of the panels we use for floors is made of wood (panels with phenol glassfiber layer)
How otherwise you could spread the load to the PU when entering with a reachtruck.
Pointload of those we use (Isocab , Thyssen Krupp or Isobar) is 200kg/wheel (pointload) or 800 kg on 4 rubber wheels for a reinforced floor (= 15 mm wood)It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

concrete type 15 mm sheeting has balls compared to wood that can break down with contnual exposure to moisture and can be covered in tin etc if job permits for ease of cleaning etc

Re: Dead load & live load for PU Panels
With such a small cold room, I wonder how the MHE can go in with 4 wheels. We use 125mm Thk floor panels with 12mm Ply wood & Chq Steel ( ss 304) for hand pallet truck movement & have seen no problems whatsoever even at -40 deg C
