Toshiba Super Heat Recovery Units
Just wondered if anyone having similar problems. About 6 weeks ago had problem with condenser fan fault stopping system, changed motor and IPDU as recommended by Tosh tech. Problem has repeated on same unit, with same solution recommended by Tosh, IPDU was supposed to be upgraded type and no failures up to now? Not well up on DC motor testing. With IPDU totally disconnected from system but still connected to motor, drag is felt if blade moved but this disappears if one of the motor leads is disconnected. Original IPDU generated same drag but different lead released drag? Good IPDU generates no drag.
Just been told that a new IPDU not available until 3rd week in August, customer not pleased. Sorry about going on a bit.
