    Part L doesn't.

It's entirely scoped to deal with energy efficiency of buildings, but does include the energy performance of ventilation fans when include in building performance calculations.

For the regulations on ventilations in buildings, you need Part F.

Down load it from the same place on the CLG web site.

I thought F was for dwellings?

    I'll go look.

(Apologies to all - this is about UK legislation only).

    ___________________________

Part F is ventilation in buildings in total.

Section 1 of Part F is for dwellings; the rest, section 2 onwards, deals with buildings that are not dwellings.

It's 2-stage process - you need to look at ventilation first (Part F), then the energy efficiency of ventilation Part L / 2 for non-dwellings, as appropriate.
