Flow Rate through Fan Coil Unit

Is their any way to calculate the actual flow rate through the FCU when the design & Actual Parameters are as....

System Installed with Auto Flow Valve with a catridge for 0.23L/sec requires a minimun differential pressure of 19 Kpa for the specified flow rate as recommended by Manufacturer.

    Design Flow Rate: 0.23 L/s
Measured Diff. Press. across Auto Flow Valve: 79Kpa
Coil Pressure drop (frm Manufacturer): 8.28 Kpa
Measured Pressure Drop at Coil: 13.20 Kpa

Please advise how to calculate actual flow rate through the coil?

    Thanks for helps.

If your auto-valve is working then your flow rate is 0.23l/s.

The fpressures at the coil would indicate a higher flow rate but are the pressure test points the manufacturers test points or your own?

Test points are not by manufacturer for the Coils and are provided in the installed pipework and value includes additional pressure drop in the pipework. Measured Pressure drop across Auto FLow Valves are using the manufaturer test points/locations.

Get an annometer and check for yourself the actual air flow.

    Thanks,

I am looking for... how to calculate actual water flow rate through the coil?
