    You are a bit short on info, if holding frozen fish, coldstores for fish are not a lot different. But if you are wanting to freeze processed fish well that is a whole different ball game.
    Whole fish, H&G fish. filleted fish, shell fish, prawns, shrimps. What ever, each needs to be finely designed.
