Vilter selection

I have a couple of 458 XL's and was wondering if anyone can run me a selection for them at two conditions?
I require Tonnage and BHP

Ammonia

1150 RPM

15 PSIG
140 PSIG

15 PSIG
170 PSIG

I do not have the Vilter software any more so I can not give you the exact info you need. Maybe someone on the board here with the Vilter selection program will come along and fill in the blanks I leave.

On my compressor cheat sheet I have the 458XL listed as follows

1200RPM 24psig suction and 167 Discharge
this gives you 398CFM 100.7TR at 130.9 brake horsepower.

I know this does not really help with your direct conditions.

anyone with Vilter software out there do a selection on these compressors?

roughly one h.p equals one ton of refrigeration,bhp not to sure. I hope this helped.

Hi, Goto WWW.vilter.com they have selection software free but i don`t know if its for compressor selection its worth a look. JH lock used to be the distributers I worked for them in calagary in the 70`. I now see its Pace
