Need help for buus ice flake service manual

Hi to all, the evap of the ice flake maker is leaking ***** at a fast rate. I looked inside and found out some rubber gaskets and oil seals that needs replacement. But there is still one more part in the inside of the evap that i need to take out and i need a service manual just to be sure that i am doing the right thing in dismantling the evap system. Can anyone give me a service manual for a buus horizontal ice flake maker? thanks
