Removal of Fujitsu A/C Condensor
Hello,
I am trying (so far unsuccessfully) to get a Fujitsu A/C condensor disconnected and made safe. I have been advised by one of the moderators on this site to have this work undertaken by a professional and not attempt it myself, which I agree wholeheartedly. However, having tried 5 engineers/firms so far without success I am running close to the wire for time, as a new conservatory is to be built where the condensor currently sits, so it has to go. It works fine and is free to a good home if there is someone out there that can remove it for me. I am in Wiltshire and can provide my details off line if necessary. Here's hoping!

If it runs, then you can pump the refrigerant back into the outside unit.
All you need is a spanner and a allen key.
Then you are stuck with a fully charged outside unit.
I cant believe you cant get a local company to pop out and recover the refrigerant for you.
Is it the cost ? i would expect about £ 125 for that ?
