American style fridge freezer ?

I have recently purchased a used American style fridge freezer (Beko AB910)

It's 6mths out of warranty and the fridge side is struggling to achieve a low temperature, It very rarely goes down lower than 7c ......
The freezer side is working ok

I initially thought it might be due to the recent hot spell but it's still the same now the weather has cooled down.

Any Refrigeration engineers on here know if there should be a fan running in the fridge because I can't see or hear one in mine.

There is only a fan in the freezer section, however there is a motorised baffle in fridge which should open at the appropriate time to allow cold air to enter fridge from freezer, could be faulty or restricted
