Interference Problem??
Hello All,
I checked a system today I think may be encountering some kind of EMI Interference problems.
What is the proper procedure for running the communication RS 485 line? I did notice it seems to be installed ib the "daisy chain" method. I am unsure of how the communication wiring should be grounded?
The power coming into the unit comes from the building panel ran underground to the outdoor unit. Is it possible I could be encountering some earth leakage of some kind?
The daisy chain communication wiring is grounded to the equipment case, but not the voltage ground.
The wiring is 1mm2 shielded,
Thanks for any information.
