DAIKIN Faulty PCB

Hi Technicans,
l`ve been working on a Daikin unit l`ve only got the indoor model RY100KUY1.There is an error code H3.Daikin told me that it is either a faulty hp switch or outdoor pcb.l tested contiunty with the hp switch its fine.But where the hp switch connects to pcb l checked resistance and there is no resistance.
So l got a new pcb from daikin and tested the resistance l`m getting 186k resistance for a second and it goes back to 0k is that normal ,because l thought that it should be 186k all the time.l have not been to the job with new pcb.

Did the system reset and run? is it 407c or 410a?
