Fridge/Freezer temp rising during hot weather
I have a Hotpoint Mistral Plus fridge freezer and during really hot weather the fridge and freezer temperatures rise quite a lot until the alarm indication flashes.
The setpoint for the fridge is 4degC but it raises to 10degC (freezer temperature rises to -9degC).
Is this just due to ambient temperature or is there a fault with the appliance?
