renewable energy supply to Refrigeration Equipment

Hi. Non-technical rookie here, but, ......

Can anyone give me any pointers as to how I could (via certified staff) power, say a domestic fridge by, say photovoltaic means.

i'm aware that PV produces DC and would need converted (inverted?) to AC - single phase low power unit.

    Any replies thanked in advance.

I think that you have answered your own question there

Solar cells, battery storage (large to take compressor start loads), inverter to change to AC unless you use a DC compressor.

    Easiest way?

Get a caravan fridge, feed it from a 12 volt leisure battery that you keep charged by solar panels.

All pretty standard stuff, no specialist knowledge needed, just pop in to your local caravanning shop and they will have you sorted.
