burnt parts can't identify..needs help

Sir,
I am using Daikin Air con. model FA100FVEK, but now I have problem..need help please , 4 components were burned R101,C102,R102 & ZD100 pcb number is FA71.100FVEK any help is highly appreciated..thanks a lot.

Try on web site extranet.daikin.co.uk, you need to register first and then go to SPARE PARTS section.
