    Energy From Oil

Most of the world is seeking energy independence by reducing their need for the foreign oil. This they are trying to achieve through usage of renewable sources of energy available to them and by investing hugely on the oil sector. The rising prices and shrinking supply of the available oil also add fuel to this issue.

There is a major shift in the world towards renewable sources of energy. Renewable energy sources are those technologies that can be reused and may not get exhausted on use. Renewable source are known for being pollution free and can hugely help concerns of the whole world like the depleting ozone layers, global warming, and increasing oil commodities. The uses of renewable energy sources protect Mother Earth from deterioration.

Although the usage of renewable sources of energy may have risen, a lion’s share of energy need is still being covered with fossil fuels. This has not stopped investors from making oil energy investment. The oil and gas industry provides the most significant profits for investors, with projected returns of 650% or greater.

    Hi David
Are you trying to convince us to invest in oil? Didn't think so. As for global warming - I think it's propaganda. Renewables is good for the interum but I know there are beter energies out there like free energys such as ZERO POINT technologies and water engines and browns gas, the Geet fuel proccessor I could go on and on.
The problem with oil is greed and power - just look at all the wars caused over oil in the East in recient years. Good to see we care about these issues

You mention zero-point energy, as in physics.
Do you think there's a working version of this somewhere ?

You can carry on a discussion on this, but don't expect the OP to participate. He is no longer with us.

We are going to enter into some very interesting debating here.

    No problem...

OP = Original Poster (the person who started the thread).

Sorry, I used an abbreviation to keep from typing more.

Just have a civil conversation is all we ask...

Exterminator has such a negative connotation.

We just try to keep everything sailing along smoothly.

    Hi Maelstrom
I do believe there has been about 20 zeropoint devices made and work, problem is they have not been replicated and we don't understand exactly how it works. One more problem is the authorities would loose a lot of power and money - imagine filling up your van with water instead of petrol. To sum it up scientists today can not even explain how gravity works. The big one for me is the bagdad battary - wow, what were they doing with battaries 2000 years ago?
