    Commissioning of Frozen Food Coldstores

I am looking for the temperature pull down procedure for a frozen food coldstore on a concrete floor. Can anyone give me a step by step day by day procedure.

    Many Thanks

Hi Ben and welcome to the forum.

Have a look at these previous threads on the subject, remember that temperatures may be quoted in °C or °F in the posts.

We start at 0°C and bring it down by 5°c every 24 hour.
