Hi Guys,
My side by side seems run for a long time even in the middle of the night when doors have not been opened for hours, are there any parts that could be blocked with fluff etc I have cleaned behind the grill on the front . I might be wrong but I thought that during periods where the doors are kept shut the fridge would not run for so long

Is the fridge/freezer keeping temperature inside the box?

For that buy a simple digital temp indicator with a sensor at the long lead. Monitor for some time fridge temperature with the sensor put inside.

In case the fridge is equipped with a controller-display, then by that you may check the correctness of its readings at least.
