Στη διακοπή λειτουργίας των εγκαταστάσεων των ψυγείων Αττικής στον Ρέντη (Θεσσαλονίκης 5) μετά τη διαρροή αμμωνίας που διαπιστώθηκε την Παρασκευή το πρωί, προχωρά η Νομαρχία Πειραιά.

Η σφράγιση των εγκαταστάσεων κρίθηκε αναγκαία για την προστασία της δημόσιας υγείας και των εργαζομένων στην επιχείρηση, τον ενδελεχή έλεγχο των τροφίμων από τις υπηρεσίες της Νομαρχίας Πειραιά και φυσικά την αποκατάσταση των προβλημάτων.

Για την υπόθεση η Νομαρχία Πειραιά θα προχωρήσει στην επιβολή όλων των προβλεπόμενων διοικητικών κυρώσεων, ενημερώνοντας παράλληλα τον αρμόδιο εισαγγελέα.

Σημειώνεται ότι στον χώρο είχε σπεύσει άμεσα πολυμελές μικτό κλιμάκιο της Νομαρχίας Πειραιά από τις Διευθύνσεις Ανάπτυξης, Γεωργίας, Κτηνιατρικής, Δημόσιας Υγείας και Περιβάλλοντος, με επικεφαλής τρεις αντινομάρχες και τον εντεταλμένο Νομαρχιακό Σύμβουλο σε θέματα Πολιτικής Προστασίας.
