Can anyone reccomend a good set up?

Looking at the scottsman and hoshizaki range but am wodering if i am overlooking some other good brands?

Have been having a good look at the scottsman today as i have worked with a few of there smaller units in the past and they seem ok.

Looking at the MV606.

Would really appreaciate some views on this!

we come across alot of them, they are the small ones though ac90 or something, very cheaply made units, there is no real structure to it, once you remove the sides and back to gain access to it the thing near enough collapses on its self.
