Hi all,
may I use the vapour pressure value taken at the compressor discharge instead of the liquid high press to calculate subcooling?
In other words,is the subcooled liquid at the end of condenser at the same pressure of the hot vapour coming out from compressor?
I am referring at a small sea water condenser and I have an other question related at it...if the condensing temperature would be less than ambient temp. but the filter/dryer and capillary tube being outside the water flow are at,let say 20F higher,I suppose the liquid will begin to vapourize before entering in the evaporator...have I to increase subcooling to avoid it or it is a negligible effect?
Thanks
Marco
