Leakage in Air Conditioning.
Hello,
I just got through a unique problem while comissioning ACs in my data center. While i was inpecting the raised floor i found out that the space beneath the Precision Air conditoner was oily wet type. On inquiring the contractor, it specified that they have given a initial nitrogen pressure in the unit for testing it leakage, due to that it would have occured.
I want to know does that really happen during this nitrogen pressure or there is some other problem?

Re: Leakage in Air Conditioning.
you need to find out where the oil came from. Maybe they put nitrogen in before finishing the pipework and pushed the oil out. Or maybe they connected their vac pump when the pipes still had nitrogen inside.
Any way you still need to know where the oil is from before you continue commissiong.Quidvis Recte Factum Quamvis Humile Praeclarum.
