An EU-question. How does new f-gas regulation works in yours contries?

Hi!

Im quiet new this forum. Dont know any other places to ask this question world wide. Hopefully its right topic also.

So here it is:

EU have been set up an regulation that every EU membercontries shall follow. There have been alots of doubt and question about it and finally 2007 the regulation was set.

The question is how the other countries follow this. Im from sweden and we have been got difficult to explain the message from the regulation since there are some technical term that hard to explain in practical word.

Wounder how it goes by the other countries... Been harder rule or easier for you???

F-gas regulation is law, and as such all EU is abiding to the new regulation.

Im trying to do my best here...

That right its an law and when its comes out we got some period for a year that it was hard to explain it in practical word etc etc... In Sweden we are heavy late with in introduce it to every refrigeration company... Have no data but guess only about 5-10% of company in Sweden does follow it... Cause it hard to use it in practical way. But it have been alots easier cause before we needed to check out the pressure to see if the operation was "good" (hard to define :-)).

But now we have to only check it with detector or check the glasses for flash.

Just figured out that i speak greatly english but to write its horrible... :-)
