Did you know...
There is NO obligation whatsoever on F-gas suppliers/wholesalers to check who they sell Fgases to...
...I didn't......until I spoke to Refcom today..
....Well, thats all been worthwhile then!
Engineers 0 - 1 Cowboys.

Me thinks the word " cowboy" is being bandied about too liberally here.
Is this a quest , or opportunity for the "qualified" to practice protectionist policies.
This would contravene EU law on free trade.
The right approach is where the consumer specifies that the work be carried out by a qualified F Gas representative. In a nutshell, this would effect the snufing out of this "alleged" cowboy category.
As CORGI has done, a "refrigeration lobby" can achieve the same.
