whats better to get into Supermarkets or Air Con?

just wondering whats better to get into Supermarkets refrigeration or Air Cons for Buildings, shopping centers, offices?

If you want to learn the trade I would reccomend first refrigeration (supermarket) for five years then a/c (buildings). This way you learn the hard stuff first and then it just gets easier as you aquire experience. You also learn (after time) a holistic approach to fault finding. Good luck
